I would like to make a group booking, who can I contact?

Please make your group-request here. We will contact you as soon as possible.

I made a booking, but I did not receive my tickets yet. How can this be solved?

Please do not worry! Check if you can find them in your spam folder. Most of the tickets will be sent right after your booking by email. Some of the tickets will be sent by email within 24 hours. Please contact us HERE. if you did not receive your tickets after 24 hours. 

Can I show the tickets on my phone?

Most of the tickets can be shown on your smartphone, so you do not have to print your tickets. Only for some of the attractions you need to bring your voucher printed, in this case it is written in your order-confirmation. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Tickets are non-refundable. In case of a cancellation we would recommend to contact your travel insurance.
